WIZL protects Personal User Data in accordance with this Privacy Policy.
Personal Data is any information that can be directly associated with a User such as address (which includes e-mail address), telephone number, credit card number, information directly linked to that person, or activities within the WIZL services (such as purchases).
Personal Data does not include any anonymized data that can be collected to make quality improvement.

- at the time of registration for the use of our Service and making amendments in User Account;
- while the User participation in questionnaires and other WIZL studies and during the feedback.

If other people have access to your email they may be able to get your account information in WIZL (including your credit card information).
Attention! Do not use for registration your work e-mail because many employers have the legal right to access such mail boxes.
Personal Data you provide will help us to contact you in the course of providing the WIZL Services. We may also notify you of new possibilities and Application improvements, handle your questions about the Application, inform you about other news related to the Applications that might interest you.
But we will have to share Personal Data if:
- we will have a request from law enforcement agencies or court decisions;
- such information will be necessary for the purpose of establishing and termination of the offenses committed by the User;
- it will be necessary to protect the legal rights and interests of WIZL.
WIZL purposely does not register an account for people under the age of 13. If you are not yet 13 years, your parents or legal guardians can create an account allowing your behalf agree to provide Personal Data.
You may update or delete your account or change your password by using WIZL interface. You may also e-mail us at feedback@wizl.me.
In case of disputes regarding the use of this security policy the parties will make every effort to resolve them through negotiations. If the dispute could not be resolved by peaceful means it is referred to the Court of Arbitration of the Republic of Cyprus, Nicosia.
